Returns & Exchanges
Welcome to TSML Store. We want you to enjoy your purchase. If there is any issue with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligible Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, contact us with:
- Order number
- Product photos (if damaged or incorrect)
- Reason for return
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Include original tags and packaging
- Be in resellable condition
- Not contain odors, stains, or damage caused after delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Limited edition collectibles
- Opened blind boxes or mystery items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Digital products or gift cards
- Worn or washed apparel
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged item, a defective product, or the wrong order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund (if replacement unavailable)
5. Size Exchanges (T-Shirts & Apparel)
We allow one-time size exchanges for apparel items if:
- The item is unworn and unwashed
- Requested within 7 days
- Requested size is in stock
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the mistake was ours.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is inspected and approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Some stores also deduct shipping or restocking costs for non-defective returns.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- Item arrived damaged
- Wrong product was sent
- Product has a verified defect
We recommend using tracked shipping for returns.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once shipped, the order falls under the return policy above.
9. Abuse of Policy
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges in cases of:
- Excessive return abuse
- Used merchandise
- Fraudulent claims
